We do not ship to hotels or other temporary addresses
We are sorry, but we do not have a facility that customers can visit. We can only accommodate customer pick up and drop off at Nevada County Airport (GOO) by prior confirmed arrangement a minimum of 3 days in advance of your visit. Customer pick-ups will carry a $5 handling charge and local sales tax.

Orders to US Addresses
Orders to US addresses carry a shipping and handling charge of $5 for any order up to $10. For orders between $10.01 and $499.99 the shipping and handling charge is $7. There is no shipping and handling charge on orders to US addresses of more than $500. We ship USPS First Class / Priority.
Orders to Non-US Addresses
RST Engineering does not accept non-US orders or ship to non-US addresses.
We accept payment via Paypal for all orders. Checks must be in US funds drawn on a US bank. We do not accept non-US orders or ship to non-US addresses.
Our usual order processing time is two weeks. If it will be longer than that we will try to e-mail you with that information. As folks have become accustomed to "instant" shipping via the Internet, we have to admit that we are a small, family run, specialty shop and most of the work here is still done by hand. We want you to know this before you place your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. When prices change, this Web site will be updated to reflect those changes.
Inspect your kit as soon as it arrives, before you begin assembly. Our parts are assembled into kits by hand. We make every effort to send first rate kits, but there are humans involved and mistakes can occur. Contact us if a component is defective, missing, or of the incorrect value. If there is an extra small part in a kit, throw it in your spare parts bin as our gift.
For the first 30 days after we ship you the kit, if you decide you want to return the kit (unassembled and in the same condition as it was shipped to you), do so postmarked within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returned kits that are otherwise complete, but that need repackaging for resale.
For one calendar year after shipping, RST guarantees the kit to meet specifications or we will repair it in the RST Check-out Laboratory at Grass Valley. We specifically exclude assembly errors made by the owner/builder of the kit, and any modifications that the owner/builder chooses to make to our design, including but not limited to using non-RST supplied parts. If there is a defect in our design or components, we will return the kit postpaid.
For one additional year, RST guarantees the components in the kit to meet specifications or we will replace the component upon our determination in the check-out laboratory that it is defective. We will replace the part.
Please contact us before returning your kit for warranty work.
